When we booked our luggage in we were over our limit, this has never happened to me before, I have travelled many times with Malaysia Airlines. We booked our luggage in at Hong Kong we were told we had excess baggage, I would like to know why we were not told we could have sent the excess luggage as un-accompanied luggage, from what I have been told it is a lot cheaper than what I had to pay. On 4th October 2007 i was scheduled to fly KL 1674 from Barcelona to Amsterdam and to connect with KL---that should have left Amsterdam for Nairobi at 10.15 the same evening. I recently sent in a claim for eye glasses for my wife my benifits cover $250.00, my wife has an insurance policy from her work as well so I we sent in the claim to her insurance first and we received the cheque, so I made copies of the information from her insurance company and sent in the claim to Sun Life and they denied my claim saying that I need to send this to my wifes plan first which I did and sent all the pertanent information to them. My 92 year old mother ordered a FlavorWave oven from Thane after seeing their infomercial. She received the oven but did not receive the $59.85 Chef's Kit that she ordered with it. Recently, after a break in our local water main, we had fine sand and gravel clogging our plumbing fixtures. I received the ab circle pro in my home about a week ago. The strange thing was that every single part was there except two of the end caps. I immediately got on the phone to customer service and to this day, after a week of calling, no one will answer the phone. After receiving a payment of $2300 for material cost up front, Ultimate Iron Works failed to properly staff the job, failed to provide the materials I paid for in advance. After multiple requests to return and perform the scope of work you eventually stop taking my calls never returning to the job, basically becoming unreachable. As a result of unreasonable length of delay, failing to provide and install materials at the time originally anticipated has cause a serious safety problem in my house for family, friends, and guests which conditions include, without limitation, trip hazards, 15 ft. fall hazards. Miller-Plante sent a box of their septic-tank treatment to our house in the summer of 2001. I called and asked them to come pick it up, we didn't want it. The guy tried to make a deal with me, lower the price, and used every stall tactic in the book. I went to get a part, and I was followed around as if I wanted to steal something. The general manager asked to black employees to defuse the situation because they could relate to another Black man. This is not the first time, prior to this I was asked if I wanted a job application when I went to view the Rx300. This time an employee told me that they were going to call police on me because I am an irritate customer. I ordered 2 watches from Replicahause, they said that they will send me a tracking number after 2 days. I have been waiting for the watches and the tracking numbers for 2 weeks already without a serios answer. I have received a couple of emails fro Alicia Jenson saying NOTHING in them. When i bought HP laptop, i was assured to get a free tv tuner card if I give an extra cheque of Rs 500. I had given the cheque and the cheque was cleared subsequently. It has been more than 3 months that my cheque is cleared , but no card has been sent. When i followed the case via phone, i was assured every time that it will come in next 15 days as the product was out of stock. I called Saveology to sign up for Dish Network based on a promotion that was advertised in a mailer. Received $250 wireless speaker from Brookstone as gift from company I work for, exchanged with gift receipt for tool set and a gift for my wife. Wife wanted me to exchange the gift I got her but I left the receipt in my pants which ended up in the wash. The Manger at Brookstone (looked all of about 19) said she couldn't let me exchange it because I didn't have the receipt (I didn't want money back, I just wanted to exchange it for something else) as this was against their "Return Policy". Linders does not live up to their agreements. As part of a Linders company promotion I was told that I would receive a grocery voucer of $25 per month totaling $500 for purchasing a $1, 600 entertainment center. After nine months of following the instructions and receiving NOTHING I inquired with Linders why this was happening. Linders told me (I had to call them!) that the company providing vouchers went out of business. Linders now wants to negotiate a $350 voucher to use towards the purchase of more Linders furniture. A while back I noticed that my daughter's airtime runs low too quickly. Vodacom has informed me that Mira Networks are billing her R5day. I phoned Mira Networks to unsubscribe, but got a recorded message prompting you to enter your cell number should u wish to unsubscibe-which I did. This should have stopped after 48 hours. Tonight she's made me aware that money is still being taken off her account. I need someone to first of all email me proof of opt in then I need to know why my daugter is still being billed after unsubscribing. After much hoopla, I was pushed into buying a tempurpedic bed - i asked the salesperson, and i quote ' IS TEMPURPEDIC A HOT BED? I was told NO!!! Bob's DISCOUNT Furniture is called that for a reason. The couch I ordered was delivered with a hole in the fabric; when I asked for a new one they said they didn't have another one like it and would send some one to repair it. We could not schedule a time to fix it that would work for us so they're solution was to send us a package of fabric. Needless to say, it never got fixed and to add insult to injury, the couch and love seat didn't wear well and looked shabby after a few weeks. never again! This long weekend took MONTHS in the making.We were going to Donsol to swim with the whalesharks from April 3-5.The ONLY flaw in my plan was that we BOOKED a flight with CEBU PACIFIC. We were at the NAIA terminal 3 at around 5 am for our 6 am flight. We weren't late. We checked in and boarded our plane on time.
