I have to say that at the beginning of all this, I was real happy with what I heard about this business opportunity. I did like the people I talked to and it did sound legitimate, until about 3 weeks ago when all the phone numbers I received from Merchant Lending Network were out of service! I purchased a remote car from Hobbytron.com and it did not work and the battery would not charge. I returned it and a month later they insisted I never returned it. I checked with UPS and gave them the date and person who signed for it. They did not return my money but 'fixed the car' and returned it without the battery or (expensive) fast-recharger. I needed a new water heater to replace the one that went bad. While this is a job that I can do myself, in view of my busy schedule, I decided to go with Home Depot to get the unit installed. Talega Dental group found out I had two PPO's for my dental care. Instead of asking me about different treatments and costs; they did a elective procedure using a porcelain filling for my tooth. They didn't bother telling me the cost up front or what was covered. They did not get a pre - authorization for treatment to see if it was covered. Telemarketer called that we could receive 3 nites hotel and air for two people to Vegas if we would go to Chicago presentation of Shell Vacation timeshares. We went but did not buy. Received certificate for above travel but acknowledgment from Mini Vacations, 410 Ware Blvd, Tampa FL 33619 required $50 per person good will deposit, which we sent to MVI. MVI acknowledged a travel date several months hence and has since acknowledged at least 3 more dates as long as a year and a half after we heard the presentation. My husband and I hired the tax firm to assist with a tax debt in 11/07 since that time it has been nothing but pure *** to get our money back. After paying them $1700 in fees for a pile of paperwork that didn't amount to anything we still owe the IRS $$$$.
