Today I used a manufacture coupon at my local Petsmart location and I was asked to pay the taxes on a free bag. I have never heard of or seen anything so tacky and in such poor taste in all of my life! This gave me a really low impression of Petsmart. This was just embarrassing! I have two complaints concerning Delta airlines. Both occurred on the same trip. My first complaint is concerning Delta Airlines was on July 26, 2006. I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced. I've been going to Great Clips for 3 yrs and always ask for the only good barber. This one time, my wife took my son for his school cut but the good barber wasn't in so the asst manger cut my sons hair. It was horrible. Like a cereal bowl cut. Tonight about 8:00 PM I took my family to pizza hut. We ordered the family of 4 meal which included 2 pizzas, 4 drinks and 10 breadsticks. I had originally bought this cruise from Travel Services for $93 per person and thought it was all-inclusive. Travel Services didn't pay for my flight; i ended up having to buy my own airfare to get down to the port. i just think if you win something then they should pay for you to get there too. Travel Services does not pay for your flight. The best that they said they could do is give me some price-match guarantee, but i can't even afford a flight, so i cannot even go. Midwest Publishers Inc. signed me up to receive 4 magazines for 1 year. Cost was to be $37.38/mo for 6 months. I was told that after I received documentation in the mail that I would have the right to cancel if it was not as I understood it. They took first payment out $37.38 on 2/16/11. I have a ceramic glass top electric stove. I smelled a funny smell one night before going to bed chemical or something. In the morning I awoke to a broken stove top. On 06/10/08 I was scheduled to leave Syracuse, NY at 630AM for Cleveland, Ohio. The driver was a no-call, no-show for his job. The arrival time in Buffalo was 1130AM. Although I reside in Charlotte NC I listed the location of the complaint in the city where I purchased the car, Marietta Georgia. The Saturn Vue company which is GM should be litigated. I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed. THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. Our $800 Kenmore Elite washing machine died after 13 months. Since it had a 12 month warranty the Sears people didn't take any responsibility - even though we had called them 3 months earlier to report the problem (the agitator came loose from the machine and would come out when the clothes were removed).
