I linked on to this site to bid on an ipad. Unfortunately I put my credit card in and received a notice that i was out of bids. I looked at my credit card and they charged me almost 200.00 and yet I was out of bids ...I called and they gave me 300 free bids (I ha ve 283 left) and am not bidding because when the bidding gets to 2 mins left all bids after that INCREASES the time by 10 seconds. This is the worst job ever you are a slave and no free time and too many people don’t get there mags even if you turn in the orders to the manager you don’t know if the people get there mags. The bosses keep the cash that’s how you get paid every night and the other gets fedex in to some where not sure where though. They stress cash too if u don’t bring cash u don’t get paid. I went to Tire Kingdom in Salisbury NC on 11/9/07. Wanting two new tires, All 4 wheels aligned, the brakes checked for wear and an oil change. About an hour later I got a call telling me the brakes had quite a lot of life left. I declined replacing the brake pads. I signed the document authorizing the work to be done with a $4.00 shop charge (For consumables they tell me). USBank allows banking customers to make debit card purchases, even if their account is in the negative. You can't assume that you are protected. They are happy to charge you $37.50 bounce charge for a $3.00 coffee purchase. You might have a deposit that is returned. They don't notify you of the situation for almost 7 working days. In the meantime, you continue to make debit card purchases, thinking that your account has funds. I didn't KNOW my account was in the negative. SureWest was my local provider for phone, internet and cable. I had signed a contract with them to provide me these services. When I bought a new house and was moving, I called them to see if they provided service in my new area (same town) and they said they did not. I asked for a specific dental treatment and was given something different. My insurance covered 90% of the bill I had already paid my 10% and they drug me thru the mud for 2 weeks trying to get my tooth fixed. I was told that I would not have to pay anymore money and when I finally got my tooth fixed they then proceeded to tell me that I owed them more money, and that if I did not pay them by the end of the business day they were going to send me to collections. The units were delivered 3 weeks later than the contract delivery date. Do not waste your time with ATT U-verse if you move into Broadstone Apartments in Fort Worth TX. The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. Myself and several other residents have been attempting to get service for several weeks to months. Don't be fooled by the U-Verse pre-wiring in the closet save yourself days of aggravation and time by just going with direct tv or dish network. He said the contract is unenforceable due to Addendum A Section (I). By agreeing to this Addendum I have no rights. I'm SOL. Have an attorney review this document regardless of what anyone says. trying to get someone to send a return label so you can return a rented modem through clear is ridiculous. i spent 50 minutes talking to them on the phone and internet trying to find someone to send a return label. i was told i had to find someone to take over my contract or i had to go online and sell it on craigslist. when i finally asked for a manager i was told i had exceeded their hold time and told i would be contacted within 24 hours. the next person told me that i had hung up before i could be helped. steer clear of Clear Wireless, it is not worth the $7.00 you save compared to Comcast. read full review »

Something to be aware of if you are thinking about buying a MagicJack. I haven't had any problems using it on an Intel-Based Mac. However, I just ordered my fifth one (the other 4 were for friends out of the country) and the company mixed up my shipping address. I have heard rumours that their customer service is bad. Pepboys replaced 4 new tires and in the process broke off 2 tire pressure sensor valves. Instead of telling me, they replaced them with regular rubber ones. Obviously the light came on. I took it back and said it must be a computer problem with the truck. I took it to Toyota who diagnosed it in 5 minutes and said they see it all the time with PepBoys ripping off customers. PepBoys had me buy the valves for 130.00, said I'd be reimbursed. A month later, still no money and they say "checks in the mail." Corporate could care less. They're liars and thieves.
