I bought a Moment-O-Meter as part of the process for a job as a sales manager for Green Technologies MFG, Inc. I was told to use the device and after saving at least 20% on fuel from the use of this device, that Tom Delor, owner of the company would hire sales representatives that I would manage. I had to pay $348 for the device and when I got it, I installed it and used it for over two weeks to try and save fuel with this device. I thought it sounded like a pretty good idea and I figured it would work. However, I was not able to save any fuel by using it. I notified Tom Delor, owner of the company and he said I could not get a refund because I was not eligible as a job applicant for a refund. I asked him why I couldn't get a refund for a product that did not do what it says it will do and he accused me of extortion. Threatened me with a law suit in Florida for extortion because I told him I was going to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

Bottom line is this, the product looks like a radar detector and it simply has a red light when you are pushing on the gas pedal and a green light when you are not. Unfortunately, I already know when I am pushing on my gas pedal and when I am not. However, in order to proceed with the sales manager opportunity, I had to buy and try the device. When I did, it didn't help me save anything and I was not satisfied with the performance. The company would not offer a refund and threatened a law suit for extortion... Seriously? Because your product does not do what you say it does, YOU ARE GOING TO SUE ME FOR EXTORTION??? Hmmmm, sounds like you have some major issues backing up your product. Sue me Tom, I welcome the opportunity because you are too dishonest to refund money for a product that does not work as it is presented!
