I purchased an Amana convection range in February 2005. This is one of their more expensive models. The clock and main heating element for the oven shorted out. The repair man said we're lucky it didn't start a fire. I contacted Amana and they said it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for me. I think a range that is not even 2 years old should be covered for replacement of the replacement items at no charge. I am so upset and disappointed with Sears. When we moved into our home, i bought all my appliances at Sears - stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I also purchased the warranties for all the appliances. I make sure that service is done on all the appliances every year as is recommended. I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend; The Motorvehicle, VW Beetle, was taken to McLean Motors on Queens road, Everton Hills , QLD. I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. After taking off my contacts after work and picking up my glasses, I realize the frame holding the lens was cracked and one of the legs severely bent out of shape.
