I am using the airtel mobile for past three years or more.when ever i want to recharge my phone through a voucher, i have dial a no. 123. And press the option 2 for recharging. I follow the procedure accordingly. And at the end i am asked to enter my voucher pin no, again and again at the final step of recharge procedure. I purchased a list of suppliers names from this company, about 4 months ago ( costing $2.25) . In the first couple of months, i failed to check my statements. My Account was debited twice in the amount of 49.95 by 2 checks numbered 9999 and 10001. I do not know who these people are. Why "7 - layer crunchwrap" costs $1.99 in USA and in Canada it costs $ 3.49. The currency difference is not much. I also paid in US Dollars, they still charged me $ 3.44 USD. I filled out the rebate form which was on the sales receipt and mailed off the form mid February o7. I had a 2001 Toyota Echo that had a bad power steering motor that was going bad. My car was still under warranty, so I took it to Alderman's Toyota in Rutland Vermont to have the motor replaced. I bought the air conditioner in summer 2005, since then it just worked properly for about 1 month. On complaining, nothing worked out. Service men come every time and say that the a.c. is working fine and there is no problem despite repeated complaints that once the compressor drips it takes a lot of time to pick up. And now even after 2-3 hrs the compressor doesn't pick up. I feel either the quality standards of the company are to low or the customer executives are all useless. Recently State Bank Of India has started charging for the ATM facility given to customers. The charge is 50 Rs annually. SBI has not communicated about this charge to any of the customers. The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel. They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. I took my car in for an estimate to repair the muffler. I tool the owner it's an old car, that I will be selling soon, therefore no expensive repairs. He later called with an estimate that was over my budget. I said to forget the repairs, I will pick up the car. Two days later, took the car to a different outfit only be told that the muffler is completely missing. Called Thistle immediately and asked about it. I ordered a teaching class from Overcome Everything, Tellman Knudson in Brattleboro VT. The class came with a 365 money back guarantee. I ordered the classes on 12/21/06. There was to be 17 classes. To date there have been four. There was supposed to be a schedule of the classes. None was received. An emergency e mail would show up the day of the class. The class would be a speaker selling you their product. I did not get any value for my money. I requested a refund and I was ignored. I received a letter and a check today that said I won 81000.00 and a check for 2850.00. They said the check was to be used for the clearance fee. This is a scam in the name of the companies listed above, they have no idea (they do now) the check was in the name of Avid Airline Products. We called them and they are already working on it in there fraud department. If we would of cashed or deposit the check it would of bounced our bank account, because the check is no good. Broadband national is a big rebate scam company. I have been trying to get back my rebate for the cable and internet service with comcast. Broadband national has been giving one or the other reason for the delay in processing my rebate form and finally after 8 months they say that I submitted the wrong rebate form. I don't understand how this can happen? All the conditions on the rebate forms were met and don't know why it took them more than 6 months to update with a rejection status. read full review »
