My HP's dv6000 Laptop had to be serviced continuously for 3 months and is still broken. First service call was placed in late 01/2007. The problem was found on defective wireless card. This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. I strongly suggest not doing business with Honda Mission Valley in San Diego, California. They charge labor and parts way too expensive. They quote you on the internet with fairly good pricing but once you are down to the service department to work on your car the charges goes way too high. Since filing the original complaint have been contacted by First Aid Web. I supplied them with a copy of the receipt that I paid thru paypal. However instead of providing the CPR card they have been arguing about their customer service. If they had good customer service the card would have already been provided. I was told by my salesman too that the contract was month by month and that if I was unhappy with my ad that I could call in and cancel it. I contacted many levels above this rep. and was stone-walled at every turn. These people are crooks. The fact is that Verizon doesn't even own Super Pages, Idearec does. I don't know what to do. They fall back on their click through statistics. Their argument goes something like this; "your ad is working because we see that you have x-amount of clicks or hits on your ad." How is it that in their advertising supplements in our daily newspapers always more than 50 items are listed as being on sale and in stock and in reality when consumers arrive even at opening there are NEVER more than a very few available.
