I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. I went to buy Kentucky and to my disappointment they had a mash and gravy shortage, so I had to order something else. I then ordered 2 streetwise burgers; it was so distasteful and dry. The burgers were made with ordinary buns that you buy in shoprite, because they had a shortage of the normal small buns as well. The buns are so big that you don’t even taste the piece of chicken-patty and mayo in between. I thru the burgers in the dustbin. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. I was just told that interest charges against accidental are fraudulent charges are only reversed up until the day you report and dispute charges. Otherwise interest charges are applied for all days a fraudulent charge sits on your account until you discover it. Which my banking statement only comes monthly. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased. Company gave an estimate of over $400.00 just to open a hole in the ceiling necessary to repair/replace waste pipe (additional $1000). We then hired another master plumber who, with a helper, cut a 10" square hole in the ceiling, did exactly the same work in 45 minutes and charged us $350.00. Company by the name of EDP charged me $159.95 for a prepaid Homeland Visa card. I did not authorize this charge and of course I have never received any Visa card from them. According to other research I was able to uncover, they supposedly will issue you a prepaid card with a $100 balance for a fee of $59.95. I have a "real" mastercard, why would I need a prepaid Visa and why would I pay $59.95 to use my own $100 to begin with? Bought a Sony GN999DS worth Rs30000 and was sent a display piece from the showroom at Vivek's, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Initially the staff were not willing to acknowledge the fact that they had cheated.
