I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. Mitchum Deorodant has ruined 3 Ralph Lauren silk blouses. It leaves bright yellow stains and eats through the fabric. I bought a 3-pack at Costco and will return it for a refund. I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. They sold an inferior cart and never compensated the purchaser or anything. I was just told that interest charges against accidental are fraudulent charges are only reversed up until the day you report and dispute charges. Otherwise interest charges are applied for all days a fraudulent charge sits on your account until you discover it. Which my banking statement only comes monthly. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased. Company gave an estimate of over $400.00 just to open a hole in the ceiling necessary to repair/replace waste pipe (additional $1000). We then hired another master plumber who, with a helper, cut a 10" square hole in the ceiling, did exactly the same work in 45 minutes and charged us $350.00. My 15 year old daughter had got her first job at mcdonalds. They say they work around the kids schedule. That was a lie. They scheduled her to work a closing shift 2 to 3 times a week on a school night. She was told if she didn't work them she would be let go. So they let here go after working there a year. 2 weeks ago I was looking online for the Magic 2 Player starter set. 2 weeks ago, instead of costing 9.99, it was on Amazon for 1.49. I ordered it to that price, but the order did not reach me. When I wrote to Amazon, they just confirmed a refund. Now as you can see on the link, they have corrected the price.
