Visited the Suite Hotel in Rouen in March 2007 with my 83 yo grandparents. When we arrived the hotel wasn't finished there was no parking, even though the website boasted secure on site parking. The best that accor could offer was another of their chain of hotels for £300 extra! A rebate associated with a purchase on 9/19/06 is still being stalled, apparently waiting for me to get tired of repeatedly sending them documents they request. I firmly believe rebates are designed so a certain percentage of claims are abandoned after delaying tactics. I will not purchase items with rebates in the future. I have order for a trial offer and then was slammed with a charge of 35 bucks for shipping cost. Soon after receiving two 2 lbs bags of coffee they send over another a week later. I called to cancel my subscription and they still continue to charge and send more coffee. I have 12 lbs of coffee. Decided that I did not know what this charge for $9.25 was that was appearing on my card statement each month to do something about it. Shutter company took my money, never installed shutters. Calling on the phone was useless. If I went to the office at 5025 N. Hiatus Road, they would send me to the 5181 NW 108 Av. Sunrise location. There, workers would tell me I need to speak to manger (who of course, was never there). Now, the 5025 Hiatus Road location has changed their signs and the NW 108 Av. location has been vacated. I had forgotten my ipod in the rental car on 04/14/07. I have been trying to deal with them, calling everyday since. I was told car had not been rented and it would be no problem getting ipod back. I have purchased a Motorizer Z3 from Quilion Radio Service, Pattom, Trivandrum on 21st April 2007. The Handset is defective as it not closing correctly with the battery & the not properly recharged. I was allotted new Airtel Post Paid Connection - 9878003444 on 17th of April., 2007. The problem which i have faced since day one is that I have to pre-fix Zero before the Cell Number, dialing from BSNL Line from the Local Area. Prefixing of Zero before Cell Number is required only for STD Calls and not for Local Calls. I travel by bus between the sector chennai - hyderabad at least twice a month. My preference is GARUDA services from Imlibun which departs at 8pm. My journey on 1st may is the most horrific travel I have done in recent times. I went into SmartStyle Hair Salon which is located inside of Wal-Mart for a haircut which includes a shampoo for the price stated. I had to wait first of all for about 30 minutes and there was only one stylist working and she only had one customer she was styling.
