Per the Herald, they contacted the attorney for Francene Greene (Vice President) SSMF, Inc. Attorney for Francene Greene (Coral Springs, FL) and William Greene (Coral Springs, FL) claim they paid millions of dollars for the company but had no idea that it was insolvent.

Action line suggested with file with the Dept. of Business regulation. We are going to file with the State Attorney Economic Crimes Division. This is not a civil matter. This is FRAUD.
