I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. I was purchasing All Free Clear HE from a local Sam's Club up until a month or two ago as they did not have it. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I went to buy Kentucky and to my disappointment they had a mash and gravy shortage, so I had to order something else. I then ordered 2 streetwise burgers; it was so distasteful and dry. The burgers were made with ordinary buns that you buy in shoprite, because they had a shortage of the normal small buns as well. The buns are so big that you don’t even taste the piece of chicken-patty and mayo in between. I thru the burgers in the dustbin. After purchasing heal a seal product and using as directed in their booklet, the product would not fix the issue, a leaking cylinder head gasket. I emailed them for help as advertised and they will not respond to my emails. The product has not worked and looks like they are trying to get out of refunding money if it does not fix the issue. We bought a 2001 Honda passport in 02/07. By 04/07. 2 months later, the crankshaft broke and needs a new engine. I submitted a rebate request for my modem on February 13, 2007. When I checked on it at the end of March the AT&T agent said the check for $50.00 would be mailed on April 27, 2007. When I called yesterday I was treated with abuse by the rebate center and I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she could not refer me to a supervisor because she would be fired. She had an attitude and was rude. My mother was retired from AT&T when service was important and treating the customers with respect was paramount.
