Yes I got scammed I replied to an eBay ad to get a Free Kit "How to Sell on eBay". Of course when I never received anything nor even an acknowledgment from them, I never thought anything of it. I bought a box of heft ziplock bags from the dollar tree at 790 Schillinger road in Mobile, Alabama and when I got home and opened the box it was empty. The bags were the the quart size. I had enrolled for emigration services in 2005 and in the initial stage backed off for not doing emigration for canada. The company took a signing contract amount of Rs 25,000 after which i told them repeatedly not to continue emigration but they have not heeded to my complaints and say it is non refundable as per contract. I purchased a 2006 nissan maxima from Jeff Schmitt Nissan on Alpha Road in Ohio. My husband and I purchased it under the agreement that they would buff it out and change a rim that had been hit. I've been a longtime Goodyear customer and went with the Goodyear Assurance tires paying nearly $500 installed. I was impressed with the information and program around the tires. However after only 32,000 miles the tires needed replacement. Just received a bill from AT&T that includes a charge of $135.12 for calls made on our absolute calling card. I have checked with AT&T if I still have an existing calling card and told me that there is none. The calling card that I had under Pacific Bell is no longer good and is absolute. I had taken a ULIP Plan from Bajaj Allianz in Oct 2006 last year. I joined North Buffalo Athletic Club for a year and was paying monthly for a membership. At the end of my membership I did not renew because of distance and the fact that they were not consistently open in the morning as the agreed upon (5:30am).
