In order to play current game you go online and must give a lot of personal information. Your supposed to enter code to be in contest. Theres no place to enter it. Called customer service and rude woman asked me if i knew how to listen, all you have to do is disable my pop up blocker. Ok, its not on the site and my pop up blocker is off. There is no way at all to e-mail mountain dew or pepsi. Great idea guys. No one can play and it wasn't fun and now I'm actually angry for wasting my time. Household Bank or HSBC. I have been a customer for over 5 years and spent thousands of dollars. I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment. I called and asked them to waive the $39.00 annual fee charge and they refused. They said it was impossible. So i asked them, they would rather lose my business over 39.00 and they said there was nothing they could do. So i closed my account. My gripe is with Snap On Tools of Kenosha Wisconsin
Let me first say that Snap-On tools make some of the best quality tools in the business. I have been buying and using Snap-on tools for most of my life. There is no comparison to other companies when it comes to quality. Mechanics like me pay a lofty premium for Snap On tools off the truck. We pay a lot more than what Sears charges for Craftsman.

Just bought two pair of Levis 505s. I have the same complaint that Bill posted on your site. Fit is not what it used to be, and material is much lighter. I've been a Levis wearer most of my life, and in the last several years I've seen the quality steadily diminish. This is the last straw. I am complaining on services received by the Manager/Owner of Dairy King in Xenia, Ohio. On May 6th My Fiancee and i went for ice cream. I ordered a banana split tornado. It was liquid. I complained to the owner in hopes he would replace with a different type. I expected ice cream not liquid. The owner was very rude and out right refused to replace a $2.39 item. We have been going there for years and I am in shock over the way the Owner would handle a customer complaint, Why not replace to keep customer happy. We have been receiving numerous unsolicited phone calls (3-5 calls per day) from the NRA. I was a former member of the NRA however I choose not to renew my membership. I have emailed NRA to stop harassing us with all of their phone calls . Our efforts have been unsuccessful as we continue to receive numerous phone calls from the NRA on a daily basis.
We are contacting our local phone company and the FTC.
Again I DO NOT want to renew my membership and we have communicated this information to the NRA on several occasions.

In 2002 I had fallen behind on some bills and went online to find a cash advance loan. I filled out paperwork with Express Cash. They then called me and subsequently faxed over a package for me to fill out and fax back with a bank check. I did as instructed, and the next day I had $300 deposited into my checking account. For the next three months, Express Cash took money out of my checking account, to the tune of $486. I am having post paid connection of tata indicom and there was a scheme in my connection for which i was paying 150 rs. per month and all my incoming was free. After that they changed the plan and i got letter that since April i will be charged 40 paisa per call i m having the letter.
I also got call from customer service that i will be charged 40 paisa per call but now i have get the bill in which the charges are 1 rs. per call. No customer service is writing my complaint. read full review »

After asking for a brochure to be sent, I now have monthly charges of US$49.95 coming through onto my card. Have just spoken to the bank and they have recommended the following:
1) lodge a dispute with your credit card company.
2) email the following address: [email protected] stating "I do not authorize any debits from the following card". Add your card number but not the expiry.

I purchased an LG 1.25 ton ac in 2000. The compressor stopped working 10 days ago. I got the ac fixed by LG authorized Synergie Services. They presented me with Rs. 5600 in bills (bill nos. 3241 and 3235) for replacing the compressor. 4 days later the compressor stopped working again. When the technician took it out I saw a sticker on the compressor which had a manufacturing date written on it: 19.12.2000. The compressor model number was RN220CYQT manufactured by Mitsubishi. We have a 2 ton split a.c. installed in our office in December 2006.

When I purchased my Gateway computer from Best Buy in November 2, 2006, I was told I would receive a free Vista Upgrade disc. I filled out the rebate form which was on the sales receipt and mailed off the form mid November 2006. When calling best buy they gave me the website for Moduslink.
Their web site (Moduslink) was not for acquiring the rebate but for ordering new discs of the Vista program. The only way I could get the Vista disc was to order it online.

I was interviewed by Dr. Narayan Ponkshe and one of his colleage (Head of your Ankeshwar unit in Gujarat - India). Dr. Ponkshe agreed to reimburse my travel expenses and said that the said amount shall be sent by cheque at my residence address. I gave Xerox copy of my train tickets to Dr. Ponkshe at the time of my interview. I just got my JCPenney Cardabout a month a go and I have a balance of about $40 I just happened to check my credit report and had stated on the ( credit report) ex. $40 bal and $40 Limit even thought my limit is $500 this mistake on the credit report has brought my credit score down, please keep in mind my JCPenney Card statement does not say that Just my credit Report.

The owner is charging me for attempted filing fees. I needed papers delivered and filed at the court house. I was very clear in speaking with him when they were to be delivered and I provided written instructions too. He assured me he knew what he was doing. He attempted to deliver them three days before I requested them to be actually delivered and then charged me for it! He now refuses to refund me my money. I ordered incense from Capricorns Lair. I have been ordering the same thing for several years. They send emails to me with discount coupons. I waited almost a month for it only to get something totally wrong. (I ordered stick incense, they sent granules and of a different scent) I called to see what I needed to do. Warning!!! Do not purchase or order any auto panels or parts from this company. I and many other customers have been lied to and ripped off. In September 2005 I called Showcars and spoke with the owner Rob Johnson about purchasing a 442 Oldsmobile fiberglass ram air hood for my car. Mr. Johnson lied and told me he has one and in order to ship the hood it has to be prepaid and to have the money, $1,202.68 including tax transferred to his personal account at the TD Canada Trust Bank. The burger king in king NC today when my wife and were there the temperature in the dining area was 65 degrees.
I asked the manager if he would turn the air down with this response, "The temperature of the store is controlled in Florida." Somehow I have trouble believing that the temperature in that Burger King in King, NC was controlled out of the State.

The concerning the Goodwill industry Winston Salem NC. I found a pair of sandal shoes on the rack that stated they would be $3.50. After trying them on and seeing if they were going to be comfortable and upon arriving at the check-out was advised that the shoes would be $25.00. A far cry from the rack price.
The check-out person said it was marked on the bottom of the shoe that it was priced $25.00. It was in very light magic marker. I failed to see it and I had examined them very carefully. I am greatly disappointed in the Goodwill store... read full review »

This guy is a big crook. I feel like I was taken. I was referred to him by a friend Peter Arias. He installed a subwoofer amplifier on my car and sold me a high low switch for $40. He said they were very hard to find. I looked on the internet and other stores and saw that the part was selling for only $5 to $6. Very shady individual who calls himself King. How about using your right name sir!

The owner had quoted a price to fix the back end of my Matrix, Toyota... and I had written it down... back in December.
I am a full-time teacher, and very honest. He just told me that he never told me that quote…even though he saw my notes from December.

I was just bitten by this company as well. My story will read like many of yours so rather than repeat it, I want to make a STRONG suggestion. You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission which oversees companies such as this one. They WILL respond - I just received a confirmation from them about the complaint I filed.

I currently have a Troybuilt selfpropeled walk behind mower that is less than 2 years old. My problem began 6 months in to my ownership of my Troybuilt mower starting with the selfpropeled unit some time working and other times not. My Father had recently taken a new Tata Indicom connection (Prepaid, Hyderabad) and its was confirmed by the dealer and the customer care that the roaming is pre-activated.
But then we went to Mumbai he realized that the roaming was not activated. When he contacted the local customer care in Mumbai they said the problem is from Hyderabad. And when i contacted the local customer care here in Hyderbad they say there is no problem from here and the problem is from Mumbai's side.

AFNI collection agency tried to collect a Singular cell phone account # 367-61-007-599-060-02, according to the rep who apparently found my phone number on the web. I have never had any type of cell phone -- let alone a Cingular.
The rep said he would remove my phone number from their files. He wanted my last 4 digits of my Social Security number, which I refused to give. He then read four digits that did not match mine. Case closed.

TV Prima purchased for 149.99 plus applicable taxes plus 3 year warranty Future Shop service 34.99. TV breaks down in 1-1/2 years, TV returned to future shop, wait for repair response approx 60 days. She put me on hold for a few minutes and them came back on the phone only to tell me that my visa card was no good. My family was at a Naval Installation and had no other choice but go to a McDonalds. I have not been to a McDonalds in years, but I needed to refresh my family.
It was 12 noon when we got into the store and there was a very long line out the door in 90+ heat. There was only one cash register working at the time and a lot of military trying to get their lunch.

I went to Salons on the Hill in Hurst TX Saturday May 5 asking for an appointment possibly same day. Linda Quadri owner and operator of Salon Q in suite 11 graciously accepted for me to return @ 6pm for a cut and style. I returned early approx 5:45pm, she was currently attending to a client, but said she would be with me shortly.
