The American Laser Center in Charlotte, NC for some reason cannot keep track of the number of my visits, am over 8 visits now after going for a year. Two years ago, I got a set of Craftsman cordless tools from Sears. Recently the battery charger became defective and I tried to buy another one. But I got the statement only in November stating that I need to make the payment immediately, usually every 28th of the month payment should be made. I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. I took a postpaid connection in june 2007 on the assurance that psychical copy of the bill will be delivered timely. However no bills are received. When i complain at customer service they register a compliant. They say we are sending duplicate bill but no bill is received the the staff at customer service is helpless. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint. I asked Kroger to transfer a balance from an American Express Card run out of USAA federal savings bank. They somehow sent a check to American Express itself instead of USAA and the money disappeared. My USAA AmEx doesn't have it, American Express won't look for it and Kroger says it's up to me to find out what happened to it. Meanwhile I'm out $6000!!! After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood.
