I bought a few high dollar pillows, down, and was generally happy with them.
After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood. Once a week or so I would pull the quills out of the two king pillows I had.
Then I got to thinking about how dangerous this could be to a young one. So I wrote a letter to LNT pointing out the product problem and they may want to look into it. I got the standard customer relations letter on how to get my money back, which I hadn't ask about.
I suppose I could get my $60 a pillow back, but I did use them for a long time and I think they probably have more value in a lawsuit from some poor parent someday.
