I received a collection notice from the National Credit Audit Corporation about a past due balance of $15.96 for Gourmet magazine. I contacted Gourmet magazine directly and was told they never referred my account to any collection agency. I ended up writing this letter to Applebees after today's disappointing visit: There have been several occasions where I was very disappointed with the quality of service. My biggest complaint is that the food I order is never the food I get. Auto Rickshaws in Aundh, Pune have started overcharging lately. When I came to Aundh some months back I was told that they ask for Rs. 15 minimum in the evening. Now I see that this practice has started during the day time as well. The approximate charges are 300 meter Rs 15 and above that within Aundh Rs 20. Totally disappointed!!! I located outside of US, so I needed to order a flower online for a friend who lives in US. (1) I paid for a deluxe order but it seemed that my friend just received a regular one (from the photos she took; guess they thought the buyers would never know) (2) When I placed the order, it said there will have a card accompanied with the order, but apparently there wasn't any because my friend did not know who sent her the flowers (3) the delivery date was wrong; it was 5 days earlier than the day I requested. On Monday, October 1st, 2007, I called the Yahoo credit card customer service to close an account that I had applied for online because of a promotional of $30.00 credit toward 1st purchase. About 2 months ago I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, hot wings and a coke from dominoes. We waited almost an hour for it to be delivered and the hot wings were not in the delivery. Hi, i would like to make a complaint against SBI ekta nagar branch bareilly (UP). There is an unknown transaction in my SBI saving A/C, that i never made. When i informed to bank about it they made lot of stories & tried to say that i made that transaction. My wife ordered the Kevin Trudeau weight loss book on 8/12. She was charged 14.95 for the book, 9.95 for shipping and 9.95 for express shipping. Here are the complaints: 1. The book cost 14.95 and the shipping cost more than the book. 2. The book was ordered on 8/12 and was delivered by UPS on 8/28. 16 days after the order. Is that express? 3. We want to return the book and cannot contact customer service. We want all our monies back. 4.
