When I called customer service to see what they could do, they told me I could return them. I bought some Halloween "Mary Jane" type slippers from Target. The slippers are made of the soft, fuzzy material and have black round treads on the bottom to prevent slipping. The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now). I bought a Nokia N6131 in Nokia Authorized dealer on 05th Nov 2006 and the product had two complaints just 6months after it was purchased. I purchased Guardian's Leather Care System Warranty when I bought leather furniture from Hecht's (now Macy's). My self running a PCO in Sector-58 noida from 2005. In the month of March-April in the year 2007 all my lines closed without any reason. Home phone was disconnected with no authorization. Lost phone number that I had for years and have to wait ten days for new number. E-mail sent to presidents office with guarantee of return phone call within 24 to 48 hours. Never received such phone call and no resolution to the nightmare from Rogers.
