On two occassions we sent personnel to UPS Stores in Florida to send packages to New York. We insisted that these packages be sent the cheapest way possible, which would be UPS Ground. We were told that forms needed to be filled out, and they did not have UPS Ground forms and gave UPS 2nd day air forms. The persons sending the packages are not obviously knowledgeable to shipping charges. My family and I stayed at the Wilderness hotel and golf resort in Wisconsin Dells, their water parks were so dirty and the food at the Wild Canyon cafe was terrible and expensive. I talked to a few managers and they gave me a 25 dollar gift card, to remmedy the complaint. I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections.
