On two occassions we sent personnel to UPS Stores in Florida to send packages to New York. We insisted that these packages be sent the cheapest way possible, which would be UPS Ground. We were told that forms needed to be filled out, and they did not have UPS Ground forms and gave UPS 2nd day air forms. The persons sending the packages are not obviously knowledgeable to shipping charges.
