Hi, I am absolutely outraged by airtel's aggressive marketing via sms and automated phone calls and am interested in filing a lawsuit against airtel. I told their customer service to stop these messages a week after taking the mobile phone service in june/july. also sent them a 'do not disturb'. By far, the worst hotel experience ever. We were given a room that faced the parking lot on the ground floor. On September 13th I was in a very serious car wreck. My husband and I decided that we wanted to puechase a Hyandai. We went to tjhe Floremce KY dealership. I cut my toe on the razor sharp edge of the warming oven. 4 stitches required. Others in family have also been cut by oven. This is not a defect limited to my stove. I had a pre-approved credit card from Aspen Dental in July 2007 when I first entered their office. The maximum was for $5500. After examination the total cost of all dental work would be about $8800. I also provided them with my dental insurance card. I signed an authorization which allowed Aspen to take the maximium of $5500 from my credit account as work was being done. The board of Woodfield did a lot of hanky pank stuff to keep us from getting the money which we legally were owed for our full membership which we resigned in 2000. After 7 years of a stressful lawsuit we just gave up. I know for a fact that dozens of other people fell victim to the shenanigans of this club .
