Hi,

Recently i have taken a flat on rent in pune, Viman Nagar, Owner of the flat is saying electricity bills are not comming from MSEB so they will be charging 5Rs per unit which is much more.

What the hell it is, Meter is there in working state but nobody is bothered for that.
And the flat owners are taking the benifit for the same by chaging 5Rs a unit.

If anybody can help out it will be great.
