I ordered a complete 3 disc set on Mastering E-bay from Overnight Genius for $4.95 shipping. There was nothing in the Terms & Conditions saying I had ten days to look it over and decide if I wanted it or not. I own a huskey 1650 powerwash that requires replacement of faulty parts (gun hose assembly, quick connect fitting). An email was sent to Huskey 9/26/07 for the parts order and payment. I ordered the credit card online. After receiving it for a $300 credit limit., and after all the fees they want to charge, I had $75 available. So, I made a $100 payment. It went through bringing my available credit to $175. I tried to use the card 3 times, and all 3 times it was declined. Now how is that possible if they took my payment, so whats wrong? I had applied for shifting my Airtel Broadband connection in Bangalore (080 41311505) on October 4, 2007 from Koramangala to Egipura. After escalating to higher authorities I was told on October 13, 2007 afternoon that the shifting is not possible as there is no spare capacity in the new location. Airtel spent 10 days to give me a negative reply and that also on a Saturday afternoon. We are in IT and need broadband connection urgently. I bought a refrigerator from Kmart/Sears(after they merged). I placed a phone order to purchase an ice maker because a sales associate in the store told me it would be faster, WRONG! I banked at this institution for just a short while and during that time I had signed up for an automatic payment to be sent to my business insurance company. I cancelled the policy and told the bank to not distribute and more funds to this company. They continued to send funds for three months. I purchased my Maruti car in Feb. 2007 and was told about the Autocard, but I did not go for it then. Later on i applied for the card on May 7, 2007 and filled in forms were handed over to executive at the service station of M/s My Car at Jehangirabad. On 9/1/07, we had a blackout in our house. My wife called Citywide Electric for service as I was out of town. She agreed to the diagnostic fee of $19.50 over the phone. They sent an electrician to inspect the problem. The electrician quickly found that the breaker was tripped. He reset the breaker without prior negotiation of additional fees.
