took my pet cat Smokey, to Banfield after he became weak, could'nt walk or use his legs. I thought that the cat had eaten a rat or a poisoned small animal; I was told that he ehad an infection and was given prednisone, antibiotics(baytrol?) and vitamins. On November 23, 07 a day after Thanksgiving my car was impounded for abandonment. We were then being charged 160 for towing and 35 per day for storage fees. It turns out they wanted us to pay 350. I was emailed by CREDIT ONE BANK telling me my credit card payment is past due. Payment due date was was Dec. 10, 2007. I sent a check to them on Nov. 20, 2007 whiched cleared my bank on Nov. 27, 2007. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who made no sense. She told me it will reflect on my account once they receive my payment. I tried to tell her it was already recieved because it had cleared my bank long before the due date. I had purchased a health contract for my dog Pinki in 2002, Pinki died in 2004. At that time I told them I was cancelling the contract as I did not have another dog. They agreed. Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back.
