Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. I believe that misleading advertisement is against the law as well as unethical. The product itself may be a good product but get bad vibes when the truth is stretched as this was. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Magnussen's. This vehicle was equipped with a Satellite Radio with a years subscription from SIRIUS. The satellite radio ceased to work. I called Magnussens and they tell me its my problem. Contact was made with SIRIUS via telephone, (four calls resulting in almost) two hours. I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Chennai. The dealer is Savitha Gas agency, Adambakkam. I have 2 cylinders. 1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas. 2) They check the previous refilling date. If it is less than 21 days, they will not book. 3) After they book they will take 10-14 days to supply the cylinder. During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now. The travel was horrible. Much grieved to note that the company service out-let at Erragadda, Hyderabad doesn't provide the necessary spare parts on demand of the customer. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day.
