I pump gas into my car and even off to the dollar. The price reads $xx.00 when I stop pumping gas. By the time I hang up the hose, price creeps up by a penny. I would like to complain about the packaging of lactic acid gel. It comes only in 7 per pack. while initially the patient needs, 7 lactogel for use, thereafter the company told us that the patient need to have 3 day course treatment after every menstruation. The thing is it cannot be bought singly. The patient needs only 3 pieces, they have to buy all of the 7 pieces . Well it has been almost 6 days and Verizon still cannot figure out how to turn my DSL email accounts over to FIOS accounts. I cannot access my sub accounts and every night I call and they update the ticket. The OCS group then tells them it is working and nothing. Plus the on hold time is nuts. The fron line people at the fios are very nice but their hands are tied the say because they cannot even talk to the national email support people at verizon. My son ordered a pair of Dolce and Gabana shoes and Rockin' Republic jeans from this company. It took 4 1/2 weeks after they took the money out of his account to receive the merchandise. It is obviously fake, it came in a ripped up old shoe box from China. The company is supposed to be in California. I was notified by a police officer that they saw his order, name, address, phone #, partial credit card # and email address on the website when they went on it. That is how they contacted me. As a family with school age children, it is nearly impossible to make reservations at popular vacation resorts, unless you book 10 months in advance. The process of making reservations is very cumbersome, as you cannot book resorts online yourself but you have to go through customer service. Quality carpet cleaners did not show up at our house for 2 appointments. I waited around for 4hrs each day and no one called and said they were not coming. I called the company and they said " the technician had been there and left because no one answered the door " this is not true i was sitting there waiting for them. They repeated the address to me which was correct. Why have I had to replace the ball joints in my Ford Explorer 5 times in 5 years? Either Ford Motor is putting inferior parts on their vehicles or the employees at Champion Ford in Edinboro aren't qualified. The last time I had one replaced was 2/12/07. I signed up for Mediacom phone service to go along with my internet and cable service. Mediacom was here on 1/24/08 and "hooked" me up. I can make outgoing calls, but am unable to get incoming calls. I run a small business and have lost nearly $8,000 since last Thursday. Mediacom says they are "working" on it since then. Northwest inspection Engineers failed to identify multiple and obvious home defects that have resulted in the loss of literally tens of thousands of dollars. Hiring them to perform the pre purchase inspection was a life changing event. Even though these inspectors are professional engineers, they performed at a level that has shocked subsequent inspectors who were hired to evaluate the defects. Inspectors are not expected to catch everything, and certainly not hidden defects. However, the stuff these men missed would be obvious to even a lay person. I bought Roxio 9 Suite. The product would not install. Since I do hardware / software support for a living I checked all possible issues that might cause the problem outside of the CDs just being damaged. Nothing worked so I put in a ticket with Roxio support. They sent me back a procedure which sometimes works to install old (Pre 98) products but I tried the instruction twice anyway. When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either. I purchased a sears front load HE5 dryer. They have a metal plate on back that looks like it is rusting. I have had this dryer less than a month. I found two friends that have dryers made by Whirlpool which is actually Kenmore. They have the same problem. The service technician said the plate is not rusting but the temperature is so hot its burning the plate. They use to coat the metal plate in white or black but they stopped doing it. I found a 149.99 charge on credit card. First of all how did they get my Credit Card Number? When you call they tell you to get your membership number off of your membership packet. I never received a packet! Secondly they told me I cashed a 9.95 dollar check which authorized the membership, which was a lie. They are a scam and if you are not watching your credit card statements they are going to burn you. They did deactivate the membership and will refund my C.C.
