The very first month, although we had sent our payment in well ahead of the due date (the 29th), we were assessed a $39 late fee!!! My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentines Day delivery and they never came. I called and was given the "runaround" by different people. Finally with a Shantia promising to call me back, which never happened. I called again and spoke with a Michael who told me he could refund my money or have the flowers delivered. I told him I wanted both, because they didn't to do what their website promised, and I wanted 100% satisfaction, and then he transfered me to Shantia's voicemail. I am tired of everyone with FMS+ being dismissed. Not enough research, nothing substantial to help us. WE SUFFER endlessly and needlessly. Our suicide rates are on the rise and I understand why. On December 4th, 2007 I ordered Dean Martin Roast DVD set. On December 6th, $69.99 was withdrawn from my account to a "cyberbit.com". I wrote several times and they kept telling me a new date the DVDs would arrive. My post office told me the set was delivered to Naples, Florida, and they would resend. They were too small and after researching the internet for a telephone number I finally found one. (The email address for this merchant did not work.) I called to received a return auth. number and shipped the shirts back on November 28, 2007. DHL attempted to deliver the shirts on November 30 however they were closed. My washing machine had malfunctioned. It is still under guarantee. I contacted the service provider for LG electronics, namely Geedee Electronics. I was requested to fax my proof of payment through to them, which i did on the 5/2/2008. We arranged for the machine to be checked at my home on 8/2/2008.
