My washing machine had malfunctioned. It is still under guarantee. I contacted the service provider for LG electronics, namely Geedee Electronics. I was requested to fax my proof of payment through to them, which i did on the 5/2/2008. We arranged for the machine to be checked at my home on 8/2/2008. This company is a scam. It charges to view postings lifted from other websites. The agents and websites did not authorize apartment hunters to use their listings. All of the listings i contacted were either no longer available (some as long as 6 months off the market) and others couldn't even find the property due to lack of reference number. I am traveling by Auto from the day I entered Bangalore. It takes exactly Rs.62 (old meter) and Rs.72 (New meter) to my office from my residence. Now I end up paying Rs.80, which is too expensive for me. Unfortunately there is no good local transport available and I struggle everyday. There was a draft on my bank statement for the amount of $29.89 I called the company # and all I got was a voice message saying that all their operators were busy and to leave a name and # and they will get back to me. My daughter is a college student and had a GAP credit card. She paid the balance off almost a year ago. Recently, she started receiving harassing phone calls (several each day). Finally, she gave them her bank information and allowed them to charge her account. We never received anything in the mail at our home address or her college address indicating that there was a balance due to her GAP credit card. We believe it was paid off, but being a naive, young adult she did not have the knowledge to ask the right kind of questions. I would not do business with Russ Darrow ever. First of all, my dealings started with Russ Darrow when I saw the commercials that guaranteed if you made a if you had $99 down they would finance a new car for you regardless of credit. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. They said no, because Jan had 31 days and I should have canceled. My wife and I purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV with an extended warranty from Vachon Mazda in South Attleborro MA. Vachon was bought out by the Tasca group and received all of its customers in the process. A recent maintainance visit revealed repairs that needed to be performed that should have been covered by the extended warranty. My complaint is with Todays Options Advantage Plan. (Pyramid Life Insurance Company). I have not been a member of their plan since Aug. 1st of 2007. I bought a sweater for my daughter and she did not like it, I went to return it and they said all they could do is an in store credit. I wanted a refund because I do not shop in that store and they said look at your receipt. My receipt says Reg Price-Refund, sale-exchange w/15 days.
