I was Charged 149.95 for something that I didn't order--this company is real smooth they have the normal disclosure and at the very bottom is the area that tells you that you are now a member and will get auto ship. Well on 10/01/2008 I was offered a new contract with £150.00 on the phone i mentioned above only to find out that i am only getting £20.00 the bacs payment form wasn't filled in 3 people dealt with this and said how much of a good deal it was thats why I went for it as that £150.00 would go towards phone bill. I too requested a "FRee" cd for information on Government Grants and I was led to believe that all I would have to pay is the S&H of $1.95. My Vivitar camera has been under repair since 12/14/07 for a cracked LED. Not under warranty, my 2 week old camera was never misused, or dropped. MNI Reports advertises a free credit report, however somewhere on their website they say by receiving to a free credit report, you are automatically signed up for their monthly service--forever, and for me the charge is $11.95 a month. I have a one year old Nissan Sentra around 18000 miles. A sensor light came on the dash of my car. I called the local Nissan Dealership to ask how to reset the light. I was told to put 35 pounds of pressure in my tires and if the light did not go out bring into the dealership. I had my tires inflated to correct pounds of pressure but light would not go out. I have a problem with Microsoft and their claim filing process. I recently filed a rebate and sent it through the mail. The claim process is not the same had I filed on line. When you submit a claim through the mail you are required to supply additional product information. When you file online all they want is the barcode and store info. The only reason that I purchased the microsoft product was because of the rebate.
