I Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas... one of the few gifts he requested. $39.78. I ordered it pretty late so was patient re: delivery. A few wks later I'm trying to find out where the shirt is. After numerous emails to this company, I get "delivered a long time ago". Later I'm told (after many more emails) that it was sent 12/24 and left at my door. I WAS HOME ALL DAY WITH FOLKS IN AND OUT MY DOOR! On 1/25/08 I finally get an email with the info that it was shipped dhl and that they always send the tracking number. Yes, BUT they also said in all other info it was sent Fedex.

Now DHL only wants the shipper to file claim... which I have insurance which I paid for when I paid for shirt I never received. I cannot find any info as to where this company is, where I can actually talk to someone or anything else that can be done. $40 may not be a lot of money but it is still theft when stolen.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE "PEOPLE" unless you have money you want to throw away. OH and they also don't use the paypal that they "protect" you with. They lied to say that they used that as well which they did not!
