AmetureMatch is suppose to be a dating site which you can meet others. They offer a free signup which you will be flooded with responses. To answer back you have to pay 24.95 dollars to be able to respond to these individuals. As soon as they receive your money your site goes dead with no more responses and your e-mails go no where. I am so sick and tired of TWC and their consistent POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reason that we keep the service is because they are the only company that can offer high speed internet service for my husband's work at home business. Aarons have tried to rob me blind and given me rude customer service. I went into a contract with Aaron's on new merchandise and ended up receiving used furniture. Also on the day of delivery, the used furniture was damaged. I had to go back and forth with staff, convincing them that the furniture was not brand new. We have no idea who this company really is. This is what is on the caller id. they keep calling about a debt from 7 or 8 years ago, that was an identity theft for MBNA. We never received any information on this debt except about 6 years ago and it was for something in Texas. We went to arbitration and won and now they want proof of all this but we do not know who they are. They call several times a day. On 8/27/07 I received my DSL High Speed Internet modem and activated my service. On 9/12/07 I mailed in my rebate activation sticker to AT&T CSI Rebate, PO Box 7000, Orem, UT 84059-7000. Whatever you do if these cold callers call you. They trap you and say that you already have a listing with them and want to renew. I never signed and agreed to anything and yet I get an invoice in the mail for some absorbent amount. I called the customer service and they gave me the run around. In the beginning of December 2007 I noticed that there were 3 separate charges (direct debit) to my bank card for Skype usage. These charges were pulled from my Business account with PayPal, who can pull money out of your bank account any time they wish. The 3 charges were all completed on the same day - November 29, 2007. Actually this is a complaint from Beijing, China. We bought a 2006 Acura TL, which is actually included in the recalling list issued by Acura Honda recently. This Acura TL3.2 started running devotion since we bought the can and drove it on the road the end of last month. Within less ten days, this car has been in the dealer's for six times for four-wheel alignment and further checking, but the problem hasn't been solved. However, two parts have been replaced. The boat takes you to Molokini Island to snorkel and see wonderful marine life. What they fail to tell you is that you are only allowed to snorkel in a tiny 100 x 100 foot box area marked by buoys!! For an island that is 400-500 yards long they will only let you explore a tiny sliver of the sea life that abounds. I was required to pay the deductible from my insurance company even though I tried to explain that my company would deduct their amount from the first bill it received. I paid $214.00 on 1/16/07. My experience with Rogers costumer’s Service is also very bad. I have a condo in Etobicoke (at The East Mall) and we have TV cable included in the maintenance fee. The funnything was I still recieved GAP statements, but GAP could not process my payments. One time a collection person called for payment. I do recall an invitation to join approx 2 yrs ago, and I did recieve a magazine, a short time afterwards I recieved a small key chain and some stickers with my name on them. I have moved and changed addresses approx 18 months ago. Yesterday March 4th I rec'd notice from Collection Agency, that I joined in Dec 2006, and now owe them $461.00.
