I purchased a vehicle on the 20th of Jan 2008.$1k down payment. A week later returned to dealer due to vehicle making noises. Dealer advised just due to cold weather and told me to make sure and warm car up. On this same day I asked about my paper work to get my tag and was advised it wasn't in yet. Stay away from advertising with Idearc. It is nearly impossible to cancel---it's difficult to contact them to find out cancellation deadlines... which they can change at will. Your cancellation must be in writing--but will only be accepted during certain months. Nothing on your monthly bill indicates any type of editing or cancellation deadlines, or automatic renewals. I order the Grandma's Super Lax on a 14-day trial to pay on $3.95 for shipping and I if the product was not canceled within the fourteen days the product would be charge to my card. But, the product was charged to my card after 9 days. The terms stated that I had 14-days, but the company do not honor the terms of their own policy. I have contacted my credit card company concerned this matter. The product was shipped on the 2/21/08 and received on 2/25/08 and charged to my credit card on 2/29/08. I purchased a phone from American telephone. The total rebate for the phone is $50.00. I submitted the rebate forms in early November 2007 and I am still trying to get the company to acknowledge the fact that they received the paperwork even though I have a signature of receipt. This Co. has been charging me $12.95 a month for services I DID NOT sign up for. They say I did. I thought I was getting my "FREE" credit report. So far it has cost me $51.80!!!! When I now try to go to the website it tells me " sorry we cannot process your request at this time". It is an Experian website. My WaMu (Providian) credit card service tells me they will "Try" to stop any future charges but cannot guarntee it and that they will send me forms to dispute the past 60 days charges. The ups store is actually mailboxes etc. They shipped a package ups and it was lost. Two months later and 20 calls, countless hours wasted and I still don't have my money for replacement. UPS says its not their problem and "the ups store (mailboxes etc)" says they never got paid. So I'm screwed and still wasting my time. Don't waste yours. We hired Relocation Van Lines to pack move our belongings out of state. In order to not have any surprise charges, we had a representative from the company come to our home to look at our belongings to provide an accurate estimate for the move. On 19th January Sales assistant told us the console table (costing £305 inc delivery) would be delivered end Feb beginning March. I had ordered for 1 unit of UT Starcom Handset which cost Rs. 9780 INR. I paid them so through ICICI Bank transfer.
