I have lodged a complaint with AIRTEL requesting for replacing the landline handset but was disappointed to learn that AIRTEL has an unfair policy of only providing old handsets in cases where handsets need a replacement. Central Coast Pathology runs a multi-location pathology group along the central coast of California. Numerous outages of our phones and internet caused us to leave their service. We always seemed to get the song and dance that our outage was a rarity and it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the promise was only lip service. They sell themselves as providing personal matchmaking services with an assigned counselor who works with you to find appropriate matches. In the 2 months since I joined ($1350 fee!) I received a short letter and a check from the company Russell Investment Group., from Bank of the West in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Following the instructions in the letter, I called the number given and It was explained to me how the mystery shopping was to be done, by a James at the call center at the number given. After two years and six months my Carrier Infinity Puron system begins to dump water all over my basement floor causing damage to carpet, walls, furniture.
