I have a lot of problems with Orange Broadband taking money out of my account and charging me large amounts of money for services I have not received and refusing the put the money back. I have a four year old Maytag Neptune washer that has a worn out spin bearing and I am looking at anywhere between $500 to $700 dollars of repair because it is such an involved repair. After checking on the web, this is a very common compliant about Maytag's Neptune. Maytag customer service--what a joke--only could offer me a 15 percent voucher the purchase of a new clothes washer--what arrogance. Maytag engineers must know of this flaw. 3 days ago we got a message on our tv stating that our HD Directv receiver was looking for satellite signal. We thought that it was due to the weather, even though it was a nice day. This timeshare has unfair collection practices. I made an agreement with Mystic to pay past due maintenance and taxes 100.00 each until my financial status gets better. the timeshare agreed. From December 2007 - April 25, 2007, i paid a total amount of 500.00. I received a letter from mystic collection agency the total amount is due 2241.25 plus an additional 40% state florida due. I feel the additional 40% due which is 746.30 is unfair practices. We purchased an AEG FAVORIT 8081 Dishwasher 7 years ago paying $1800. We expected the machine to give us at least 12 to 15 years service since there is only the 2 of us using it and it is not getting the normal use of a family. It has broken down and we have been quoted $823 to replace the "main control board" which we cannot afford. We cannot understand why a simple replacement board should cost so much. I joined the butterfly download network to be able to access movies and t.v. shows. I learned about them through the Google AD WORDS advertising. I paid them (butterfly) 49.95 to have unlimited access to movies, t.v. shows, games etc. I haven't been able to watch or download anything. These people take you through a myriad of sites claiming to be the download site. These sites ask for money to access their download software. I can go on and on. In short, it is A BIG RIPOFF. I purchased the tea online. I cancelled before the cancellation expired due to the tea was not helping me and upsetting my stomach. I decided this was not for me. I called cancel and for the next two month I was charged $19.95. even after a second phone call to cancel.. I had to go to my bank and cancel my account, change to another account. It was worth the hassel knowing this company will not have my personal banking info. I was afraid to order online and this confirmed it.
