At the end of my 2 year contract, and after 10 months of contact with Customer Care at Verizon Wireless regarding issues with a faulty Palm Treo 600 smart phone. Few days ago I bought from my CVS store the newly advertised Osteo Bi-Flex advanced triple strength with easy to swallow coated caplets (price 35$ for 80 pills), but to my surprise the easy to swallow are not so easy. The size of the caplets are so big, that I questions the designer of the pills. Are the pills designed for humans or animals. April of 2008 I called the customer service department to cancel my order. I talked to a Ms. Tina, she stated that she would do so, and would send me $100 dollars worth of gas vouchers. $19.95 was withdrawn from my account. I hired scotts in the spring of 2006 to get rid of the weeds in my lawn and help to establish a new bahia grass lawn. The sales rep left me a form indicating which weeds I had and what would be done to fix it. The brochure said "If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right!". Lost a whole day of vacation because USAir flight 473 JFK to Vegas 05/05/2008 9:40 am was cancelled they rebooked us on a American Airlines flight at 4:55pm sat in airport for almost 8 hours was giving nothing not even a food voucher or where to go to other terminal. In April we took our new puppy to Scott's Valley Veterinary Clinic, Inc. and prepaid a puppy package. Later the puppy's original owners demanded her back, and sadly she was relinquished. Well, needless to say it only really tells you how to set up an account on Zimbio then goes to explain you need to get accounts with adsense ect. We purchase a Sanyo DVD rewrite 500 2 years ago. It went into the Sanyo repair shop here in Spain 5 times in 12 months. Eventually we were told the Lazer had gone and we were not guaranteed for a lazer. However they said the Insurance would cover and we would get a new one. I had a IPL photo facial there which was done incorrectly and damaged my skin. The settings were to strong and caused fat loss in my face. My skin is now perpetually dehydrated and I look at least five years older. My face can no longer retain moisture. Shizuka's customer service and attention to my problem and complaint was more than lacking. They maintain I was "the only ever to complain", and that they "can't control the aging process"... they were not interested in helping me with this difficult situation and brushed me off. I purchased some jewelery including a pair of bangles. Contract was signed on March 30, 2007, to add a handicapped room with handicapped bathroom and sun room area on front and back of house. Did not complete addition even after a year of attempts at redoing all mistakes over and over again. It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. This company and the ones they mention in their book, who are all over Canada, the United-State and Mexico are simply ripping off real and honest people. The companies from the directory asked for an envelop, stamps and 1 or 2$ in exchange for information on their start-up fee, a number of unit to be done and approved before payment and shipping and handling cost at our expense.
