Customer service - Whirpool Spain Whipool Customer Service in Spain gives no answers to problems after first repairing. They came to repair my fridge ant I paid for it. However, the appliance has problems again (two days after first repairing) and no the local customer service ESLASET nor Whirpool in Spain has answered our calls and emails to repair it. My fridge has been malfunctioning for more than 2 months. It is really problematic and nobody seams to care about it. Please, be careful when you buy a Whirpool appliance. Your complain site is confusing and now I will rewrite my complaint. I ordered the special of greentea extreme on 8/25/2008 and my credit card was charged $5.95. I recently viewed my new statemtent and have two charges that I did not authorize, nor did I receive any products. On the last weekend in June, 2008, SAR kennels sold me a sick, parasite infested dog which they claimed was in good health. I purchased the dog for $225. The seller indicated that the dog was in good health and to contact the owner if there were any problems. I added $25 on 10/06/2008 to phone 304-272-6914. Two calls were made, one on 10/06/2008, which was disconnected before the end of the 15 minutes usually allowed. The second one was made on 10/07/2008 with and only lasted about 7 minutes when it was disconnected. No other calls went through, yet the balance of $21 fell to $11 without any service being used. Begin August, I have been contacted by Thomas Quinn from CES Futures. He told me that CES Futures had a good opportunity for investing in Futures on gazoline. I sent them money and after having closed the positions (with a small gain), begin september, I wanted the cash to be sent on my bank account. Then begun the problems. They didn't executed the refunding. Every day, I send mails and I call that company. Every time that I call, they tell me that they will call me back but, nothing happens.
