I sent everything to TMOBILE that was requried, including all the bar codes from the original box and they still say I'm missing information, but they have the actual box, so I can't reproduce it - just moved and can't find the copies I made, of course! This is the 2nd time TMOBILE pulled this on me though regarding a rebate - I think they are so full of it, they have it all figured out how not to give any money back on their updgrades and rebate offers. Their refund policy is obscured from the selection process to finalizing the credit card sale. Only in the subsequent email confirmation following the sale do they reveal that all sales merchandise is non-returnable. According to those in the know, the seller must disclose the policy before the sale is finalized - and I don't think sending a subsequent email does the trick. I received a call from several different people in this company phone numbers all leading back to noone and no company. I have spoken with them several times, all have major foreign accents however are using american names. When our loan was origianlly sold to this company I called to set up an escrow account, they gave me so many hoops to jump through I decided to pay my taxes/insurance on my own. For two years I made monthly payments to my county for $250.00 without any problems, then out of the blue ASC sent us a letter stating that they had paid all owed property taxes and set us up on a forced escrow account for future taxes. I purchased a complete set of Family Matters dvds in August. More than 3/4's of them were un playable. I requested a refund and was told the bad dvds would be replaced. These dvds came from China. These guys are the worst of the worst. While they offer cheap shared hosting and a huge list of available features their customer service is abysmal. In fact I was told by the senior net admin. Its disappointing to know that good customer service is rare...I have tolerated shoddy service from our KFC Malvern branch i.e. in KZN. The previous occasion I had called there customer service and a week later I was posted a voucher for R15. Today is Nov. 11, 2008 and I have still been unable to obtain a Return Authorization for this light fixture. Pencro told me that I could settle an account for a lower fee. I paid all the money I had to them to settle this account -- about 1000 dollars. The person answering said the only way was to send a letter by Certified Letter to the new owner in Webster, TX. I called back and got the same response from the next customer service person. I will make this short as many other people have gone into greater detail about Taylor Street (Justin) and the SCAM/FRAUD they committed. I gave them $5, 300 for (6) tradelines and NEVER did one post. I kept calling and calling to chat with Justin or anybody at the firm but nobody returned my calls or emails. Then one day the number was disconnected and that was that. I am in the process of filing a police report and then taking Justin to claims court. I will make this a very short report. Randy with AIB Investments promised to post tradelines for 22 of my clients over a 3 month perior for a grand total of $11, 314.
