I issued a payment from my checking account. Credit one charged me check fees and over the limit. I had ample money in my account and was able to get assitance over the phone. I mailed a letter to the general correspondence with a copy of my checking account that showed funds were in my bank and also a letter from my bank that stated they did not return any electronic payment as insuffience funds. Legal Authority is a company that provides targeted mass mail to potential employers in the legal field. I used their service, and I was thoroughly disappointed. Cover letters and resume contain several errors. They take forever to revise my cover letters. So you need to hassle them to correct even one sentence. That's not my main concern. I tried to get a free credit report. The site was experiencing problems and couldn't let me see my report so sent an email to me saying I wouldn't be charged. I canceled the service but later was afraid that I would still be charged and couldn't find a number to speak to a human so sent another email specifically stating that I wanted to cancel and verify that I would not be charged on my debit card. Today I purchased this game for my mother for her birthday from my local WalMart store. I always carefully inspect games when I buy them to check the versions of Windows for which they are compatible. I had them come over to repair a pin hole leak in a shower pipe. He cut about 6 inches off and sweated on the new piece. I had already removed the drywall and he could reach the pipe easily. He started off by saying that this would be difficult to do. The leak was about 5 inches off of the floor. He got here at 11Am and started the repair at 11:20. He was done at 11:40 AM. I sent for a free trail for the acai pure and recviced not only the free trail but two other products that I didn't order. They charge my account $44.85. I try to call them but to no avail. The frist time I try Iwas told the wait would be 56mins and 30seconds. tThe second the wait was long but each time I waited no matter how long I never was able to talk to anyone . Therefore I will return the whole package and wait for credit on my account. Which I know will never come. I purchased an extended warranty from Heritage via my auto broker when I purchased my new car in 2003 (it's a 2004 model). I paid over $1700.00 for the contract and just in the last few months encountered an issue with my car that fell under this warranty. They cancel your card when you miss one payment and you are not notified until you try to use the card. When you call in that is when they tell you. I believe everyone should have more than one chance before they are totally cancelled. The credit limit is only $300.00 and they charge more than half that amount with all the fees before you can even use it. I ordered from this merchant some human hair from his website. He never sent the merchandise and never answered any of my email or voicemails. I paid through Paypal and lodge a complaint. He pretended to answer by giving them a USPS tracking info, but never shipped the merchandise. This guy is a crook. His name is Russ Little (if that's even his real name). Never order from him!
