pht Healthy Living Reviews

November 14, 2008 Charging my credit card without my permission I ordered items from their catalog and then they started charging 29.99 per month on my credit card. When I called them they said I agreed to a medical plan. I have Kaiser and Medicare aso I would never agree to another medical plan as I am well covered. This has been going on ince July 2008.
