They are dishonest, rude and all they want is your money. They changed my quote, arrived late, and now they are saying they don't know when my furniture is arriving. I used this company to conduct a move for me and had some damage. The owner said he would take care of the matter and I sent him all the required paperwork. At no time did he ever call me to let me know what was going on, I had to call him each and every time. I have to almost keep the remote in my hand while watching TV to escape screaming Billy Mayes. He is on almost every channel and the volume button has no effect, it takes the mute or channel being changed. In brief, I purchased a bed on my Coop credit card on 15th August 2007. On the 17th August 2007 I reported the bed as being faulty.
