I canceled my extended warrenty over two months ago, because I sold the car. I purchased a new car and didn't need it. I spoke to someone via the phone to confirm the cancelation of the extended warranty. They told me that I had to send a letter to confirm that I wanted to cancel the warranty. Received merchandise of Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiwater 1 unit which I did order and was not mention when ordering the Acai Pure. PCC keeps calling my place of business about a debt that I have verbally told them does not belong to me. I have sent them written request not to contact my place of business. This stop for several months. I just got another call today and they are calling trying to reach me at different extentions in my place of business. I went to dinner with a friend had one glass of wine and we each had an entree. The bill came to 48.69. I added a 8.00 tip or around 20%. When I checked my credit card 2 days later it said our bill was 123.69..I almost had a heart attack. Apparently 80.00 was added for the tip. I called the manager disputing this amount and thankfully had the receipt but not the tip portion for my receipt. The manager sounded surprised that I didn't want to leave 80.00 for a tip or 200%. A rack with about 30 or so Rt 66 shirts had a sign on top of the rack that said 30% off. We bought one of the shirts and was charged full price. We went straight to the customer service desk to question this. A lady from there walked back to the shirt rack, came back to the cashier at customer service and told her to give us the 30% off but it was only supposed to be for knit shirts only. I ordered a 82 1/4 inch custom-order door from Home Depot. Supplier -Emco. The door that was delivered measured 81 inches yielding a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door, rendering the door virtually useless. I am filing a complaint for PayPal Plus Credit GE money. I just caught them not only taking a portion of my monthly payment to finance charges I presume, but also when the billing cycle ends the 7th of every month. They are taking another $55 on top of the portion they took not only a week before from the payment! How can they be double dipping? On top of that they are taking the charge on the 7th from the card itself as a cash advance. How can this be legal! I am filling a complaint with the better BBB also. I smell a lawsuit! For sure! I have been making my payments online for a mattress set I bought. I make all payments when I receive my check on or about the first of each month. GEMB has been charging me late charge fees because they get my payments too early. To me that is the epitome of stupidity. I purchased insurance leads and put $200 on a credit card. When the leads started coming in they weremostly duplicate leads. I asked for credit on these leads and they said they would be credited. I signed a contract with Five Point Travel on Saturday, Nov 8th. As soon as I realized that this company was fraudulent, I closed my credit account before they were able to take my money, so I am safe there. I am writing because I was a Direct TV customer which I signed up with through AT & T. We were lead to believe that our Phone and Direct TV bill would be $100.00 but we later found out it was two separate bills which was more than stated by the representative. we received a charge of $194.84 for a Norton Annual Renewal charge. This charge has been done by an employee on their corporate card, but the employee has been terminated for over 9 months and we don't have Norton on any of our computers.
