A woman came to my house selling magazine subscriptions or renewals and claiming it would help her get her life back on track. She said it would help her go back to school. I subscribed to a 2 year Vanity Fair subscription and paid her $63, $48 of which was supposed to cover the magazine. I have not received the magazine. I have made one payment on a debt to Unistates. When I attempted (twice) to make a second payment by moneygram Walmart could not locate the receive number. I called several times and left a voice mail. When that call was finally returned, I was given another number to call. I called and got no answer and no voice mail. I have had the service for 7 months, they ran a special for black friday to add 5 years to the service for 59.95. I paid, but only received 4 years, after hours on chat session with 4 people that can't add, I got nowhere. They say that I was getting the 5 year plan, but it only added 4. I contacted Bills Made Simple in desperate need of help negotiating with our mortgage company. They kept telling me that they were working on my case but they could never give me any new information. Whenever I contacted them I never received a return phone call. I made payments on time to them each month. I paid them a total of $2, 300.00, I was told that if they could not help me I would be refunded they full amount. I have contacted three people regarding this issue. Have had a continous lawsuit with them for several years now. Recieved money once, had a clause in the lawsuit which said if I had to have sugery before 2010, I was entilted to more money. Noticed a defect on the inside of the frame surrounding the lcd tv, after numerous phonecalls an engineer from VISUAL FX turns up, no use, after 2 more visits the engineer comes back, leave a shoddy loan set covered in duct tape...takes the TV set away in a thin cotton sack, leans it against a car in the road while he unlocks his van!! I purchased a HS 110 dirt bike, a HS 50 dirt bike, and two G-Max helmets. The sales rep, Tina Wilson suggested that I pay a deposit in the amount of $550.00 by personal check, in order to get a 5% discount. The deposit was sent on Nov. 15 and the check cleared on Nov. 24. I find it astounding that an add with a cartoon caricature messing with Christmas tree lights while they are switched on for to sell air wick product can be shown on tv. I thus told ehealthinsurance.com several times I am not interested in getting health insurance this year. However they continue to call a week after I told them so. Different callers call every time.
