We rented our property out to this company while we were in the USA. After the first payment, no further payments were made and the tenants stole from the house and trashed the place, breaking windows, doors, furniture and leaving cigarette burns throughout the house. Somebody checked the property regularly and on occasion found upto 15 people staying in the house but no damage had been done. We recently used this company to board our two dogs. When we arrived back from vacation we found out that they lost one of our dogs. While cleaning cages, we assume a door was left open and our chihuahua ran out and was gone. I'm sure she is dead by now. The other night, I had my friend prepare a cup of noodles for me. The first thing I noticed, is there were no vegetables in it. Back in June, I received a phone call from phone pages asking if all our information was still the same or if I wanted to make any changes, thinking it was yellow pages which we do business with I simply said Yes its still the same and went on with out thinking. Since then they have faxed us over 50 times and they keep adding interest on the $500 plus bill. Bought this washer wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please find another machine to buy. I spent a lot of money on this and it leaks, smells, ruins my floor and my clothes (it twists clothes together in a big tangle) and our clothes are not even clean. Has error codes flashing. Just not of good quality. I regret buying it. I had an old washer for 12 years, after it finally quit i splurged (or so I thought) on an energy, water saving machine. this company claims that I have signed up for their services and keep charging my credit card 119.00 and 59.99 and 64.99 for their services. I have not signed up for anything from them. They can not even produce the paper that I have signed. Each month I have to call and cancel these charges with Chase credit card company. Chase has even talked with these people and keep getting the same results I do.
