When I called Spa Chakra they quoted me their old prices, which was $70 for a partial highlights, $65 for a haircut. When I got the bill it ended up being $110 for partial highlights and $100 for a haircut. The work was so poorly done but I did not want to cause a scene at the spa. Some of my highlights were black. Purchased a rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Marine engine with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty.The engine failed after 6 hours of use due to salt water intrusion. We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals.
