I have had lengthy emails back and forth with this company and unapproved charges as everyone else has it seems. I will let everyone know that you need to stick with the complaining to them and it will get you somewhere. I know they seem like they are scamming you (which they are), but you can in return stick it to them. Make sure that you are noting everything thing with them. This company is horrible to do business with and I belive are corrupt. Dont order any supliments or vitamins from them as they (without your consent) will keep shipping them to you on a regulary basis and charge your credit card you gave them.
