Paid a ridiculous amount of money for no results. Was offered a refund, but was told I would have to wait 8-12 weeks to get it, which is unheard of at any legit company. However, I waited and over 12 weeks later, I still have not seen anything, and they can't offer an explanation. I never would have signed up for this if my sister did not work there. I thought if anything they would treat me ok becuase my sister works there, nope they didn't care. In March 2008 I registered at freecreditreport.com to obtain my "FREE" credit report. The company requires a Credit Card or Debit Card number before they will issue your report. The Second I was finished with the site I called their customer service line (as the website stated) to cancle my account so that I would not be billed. I dissolved my business in September of 2007. My contract with 1 and 1 was set to expire a year later in July of 2008. I contacted a 1 and 1 rep via the phone to find out if I could pay one lump sum for the remainder of the contract and then cancel it in Sept. of 2007 since my business had been dissolved and I no longer needed a host site. After several times of being breathalized after each lap and driving after a drink to see that after his last vodca and coke (double) he was still under the drink drive limit. She was actually helpful, and cancelled my account. Make sure you get a confirmation cancellation # and that they email you with same. I now have to fight to get the $78.84 charge credited back. My son's LG Fusic cell phone has broken 3 times within one year. Reliability is terrible. Every time he has to send it in he loses all his contacts, etc. Huge inconvenience. The last time we got it back, it broke within a week. Customer service refused to fix it, claiming it was not under warranty due to main board damage. I have been a Hughes customer for several years now. I have never called for support and have paid my bill on time every time. I just discovered that the home service offered to new customers has a download speed of 1.0 mbps. My home service is only 700 kbps. The price is the same but the new customers get a better service. 5 year old Kenmore range oven has problems lighting, smells lioke gas and then lights with a loud boom. Has been happening for a year. Now all of a sudden it smells like something is burning inside the unit. I called Sears to have someone come out immediately as we are dealing with gas and electricity. Received a check for $5, 400 to be a "secret customer". The scam was to report on Money Gram by making a money gram transfer for $4, 150 with a service charge of $250 and keeping $1000 as employee pay. Check had to be authorized then complete transaction within 48 hours. Enough time for them to stap payment and stick victim to full payment of $5, 400. HomEq Servicing personnel purposedly delayed my refinancing until I was far enough behind in my FHA mortgage payments and could only qualify for a subprime mortgage.
