Innovated Merchant Solutions
YBb December 18, 2008
I signed up with IMS in 2001 when they offered me lower rates and have had my troubles with them more than once. Not wanting to go through the trouble of changing merchant services I hung it out but this last one did it. I had a chargeback, sent them everything showing the sale was legitimate, I even called the customer to verify the sale. I get a letter back saying I had to go into aberration at the cost of $250.00. I tried calling them and go a machine and was never called back, I called again with no results. End result, customer sent me a... read full review »

Ring O Phone
Mandy December 18, 2008
I decided to look for another source of ringtones for my phone since my carrier was costly. I found ringophone.com and looked around on the website to see if there was anything fishy. I didn't expect any. It did seem too good to be true, seeing as how they say you can send the ringtone to whatever phone you want to. I paid for the 6 months just because I was still uncertain about it. I started sending ringtones and wallpapers to my phone, but when I tried to download them my phone would say 'unsupported content', so I clicked... read full review »

This company contacts you if you use a company like autotrader. They tell you they will sell your car within 60 days or your money back. They don't tell you that in order to get a refund you need a signature from a commissioner of Oaths and the address they give you to mail it doesn't even exist. The phone number they give you when they first call does not work after you give them your card number. I obtained one number they answered which was 888-847-0180. The manager is named Patrina but they usually hang up on you while you are on... read full review »

A friend of mine ordered the free trial of the acai berry pills. The next morning, she received an email that she had successfully been enrolled in FitFactory, and that she was going to be charged $29.99 for the service, then a monthly fee. She checked her bank account, and also had a $12 for ReservationRewards, along with the other charges being processed through. Luckily, she was able to talk to her bank, and they can file a Fraud Complaint. She called the companies, and they are claiming that she agreed to enroll when she accepted the... read full review »

When I first came to this place, I thought they were very nice and seemed to have good customer service. Then, after more the 6 weeks of my car still being unfixed my feelings have changed. They said my car would be ready in 6 days and would keep me updated. 6 days past, no call. I called them and they say it'll be ready by the end of the next week due to 'finding' more problems. They quoted price increased to an extra thousand dollars. Weeks past and they say my car's ready and can be picked up. I was told my car... read full review »

I have worked for this studio for a year, and they went bankrupt in September and have withheld all of their models money. We haven't seen a dime of it, and they ignore all attempts to get in touch except to say that they have gone bankrupt- so basically we're all out of luck. DO NOT apply to model for them, they may put you to work on a site but they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! I promise! They are dishonest, and so shady. They are still accepting new models, allowing them to work, and stealing their profits because the girl... read full review »

I was looking for a room mate and decided to try this service.I signed up for a 3-day subscription because you can't read any e-mail response unless you subscript at least 3-days which is a trial offer.I started getting responses right away. I answered all the e-mails, sent out group e-mails, called several times. It didn't do any good because no one called me back. I have been in the business world for over 20 years working for many companies and always doing the right thing. I was recently laid off and in these difficult times was not only looking for permanent work but also temporary or contract work. Well I was contacted by Best Doctors to work on a temporary assignment. Best Doctors is used by rich people to get second opinions on health treatments. Purchased a Dog
Franky December 18, 2008
This was three years ago, but I just found this site. So I'm filing this in the hopes that others are not swindled as I was. I purchased a puppy from Swinney Homeland Kennels in December of 2005 (listing was on puppyfinder.com). I did not receive the animal I paid for... the only similarities were the sex, coloring, and breed of the dog. None of the "papers" she included matched up to the puppy I received. In addition, when I took the animal for a vet check, it was ill and had worms and other ailments. She obviously gets her dogs from various puppy mills. I'm hoping they are no longer in business. read full review »

I have lived with that because they offered to give me my first payment (which they keep) back as an 'incentive' for completion of their debt management program. I want my $99.00 dollars back in to my account, I have not signed any agreement and sent it back to them. That is a deceptive tactic to take money out of individual's checking and savings accounts. This company should make sure that the consumer is in full agreement before taking any money. They don't stand behind their products or company because they are too ashamed to answer the phones, so they use recorded messages to hidebehind their deceit. read full review »

Jacky December 18, 2008
I have been a customer to USBank in North Canton Ohio for 2 years and I just received 2 overdraft charges in the amount of $37.95 a piece when the account never dropped into the negative. I called the bank because it is very obvious that $200 - $20 does not equal -$11 and they said it did go into the negative. Well I can't really argue because I have no power to do so, I can only say OK here is my money. I have done research and there are other people that have had this same issue. I would highly recommend that NO ONE open a checking account at usbank, they just want your money. read full review »
