I did it backwards--ordered first and then found the reviews. So many negatives convinced me I should cancel the order right away. I did so the very next day, but the order had already shipped. Two days later I received a reply to my email informing me it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse the shipment. The order arrived six days after shipping (includes the weekend). I think the business model of this company is data harvesting and the potentially unlawful accumulation of CC #'s and associated info. My guess is that they sell this (your) data. I am writing to you in regards to a new Hughes.net email address that has been new since approximately 12/11/09. I sent emails to that address on 12/11/09. On 12/12/09 and to date, any emails that I send to that address has been returned to me saying it contained spam or virus. This company failed to pay it's guards on normal paydays, numerous times in 2007. I live on the second floor of a 1 bedroom apt. I have a tenant beneath me, that smokes so much that her window blinds are yellow.
