They lost my $325 pair of glasses in March 2008. After 3 months they decided to make me another pair. Finally in Sept of 2008 after many excuses for delays they said they were sending my glasses. I took my laptop into MCS Computers last month, the computer technician that looked at my computer, I think his name was Robert, looked at it and told me that I needed to get virus/spyware removal and he could take care of it and that it was really bad and nothing I could get could remove it, he said they use high tech removal programs. If you want torture, lies, and generally getting screwed out of your hard earned dough then this is the place to work. The only reason they stay in Missouri is that Missouri will not help an employee get their wages due to them because it is a hire at will state so unless you take them to court you are screwed. I Bought the Cordless Digital phone from Cordless phone World. After 3 moths the phone stoped working. I contacted Philips for the product guarantee. I purchased a twin insta-bed to be used on a hunting trip to the Colorado mountains. The main reason that I chose this bed is that it read on the box that it was tested 100% leak proof. Had Jeff actually done his job, I would not have purchased this condo which has been the biggest nightmare of my life.
